Junior boss Rainer himself supervises the kitchen team. He gives great importance to the freshness and quality of the ingredients and offers you four menus to choose from, with own vegetarian dish. Our guests especially appreciate the light, genuine dishes from the South Tyrolean as well as from the Mediterranean cuisine. All this is enriched by a generous salad, vegetable and starter buffet as well as an enticing dessert buffet with homemade desserts.

For years now, Rainer and Monika have been collecting valuable and well-known labels as well as surprising new discoveries so that you can find the right wine for every occasion. Sommelier Monika will be happy to advise you on your choice of wine and recommend one of over 300 different wines that mature in our cellar.
