Terms and conditions for the booking of your vacation at the Gourmet & Panorama Hotel Grien
Rates
the rates are expressed in Euros per person per day with Gourmet half board, and include the above mentioned Grien included services. The tourist tax is not included and will be charged separately at your departure. The services not used are not refundable.
Single room
In case of a double room for single use we charge a supplement of 20% to 100%.
Single special
In the periods of beginning and end of the summer season we do not charge any supplement for double rooms as single use. See "Single Special" in the offers.
Packages
Package prices are per person. Packages must be booked in advance, price advantages of different offers cannot be cumulated.
Arrival and departure
Please consider that the rooms are available from approx. 15°° on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11°° at the latest.
Reservation and deposit
The reservation is considered fixed if it is additionally confirmed by a deposit with credit card number + validity, or bank transfer. A deposit of 30% is required.

Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival is possible without additional cancellation fee (the deposit paid will not be refunded in this case, but credited for another holiday within one year).
- In case of cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks before the start of the holiday, the deposit paid will be lost.
- In case of cancellation between 21 and 14 days before the start of the holiday, a cancellation fee of 70% of the stay will be charged.
- For cancellations 14 days or less before the start of the holiday or for no-shows, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
- Also in case of late arrival or early departure, the unused days will be charged at 100%.

Beauty & Massage
We recommend to book your desired treatments and packages as early as possible in order to meet your appointment requirements. You are welcome to have a personal consultation with our masseuse/cosmetician.
Please understand that booked treatments can be cancelled free of charge only up to the previous day. All treatments that are cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged at 80%. Delays caused by the guest result in a shorter treatment at full price.
Dogs
Dogs are accepted after prior agreement. They have no access to the dining and recreation rooms. Price € 25,00 per day without food. (Only possible in certain room categories). We trust that you will bring your own blanket or basket and that your dog is well educated and socialised.
Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
