Rates: the rates are expressed in Euros per person at half board “Gourmet”, and include the above mentioned “Grien – included services”, taxes (daily rates are available for a minimum stay of three days). The services not used are not refundable.

Advance reservation discount
Book in advance and save money!
You will get a 5% discount:
In summer for reservations of at least 4 days confirmed with a deposit 2 months prior the arrival
In winter for reservations of at least 7 days confirmed with a deposit 3 months prior the arrival (exception from 21.12. to 04.01.)

SINGLE ROOMS: in case of a double room for single use we charge a supplement of 20% to 100%.

SINGLE SPECIAL: In the periods from 28 of May until 29 of June and from 05th until 26 of October we do not charge any supplement for double rooms as single use.

Dogs: we accept dogs up on request only. They are not allowed in the common spaces as the dining rooms, the rate is € 7.00 per day food excluded.

Flat rate: flat rates are meant per person. Flat rates solutions shall be booked in advance, discounts/offers are not cumulative.

Arrival and departure: On the arrival date rooms are available starting from 15.00hrs. On the day of departure our guests are kindly asked to leave the rooms within 11.00hr.
In case of early departure or late arrival we will calculate the full rate excluding meals. We suggest to take out a holiday cancellation insurance.

Reservation and deposit
The reservation is valid only after the payment of the deposit, which amounts to a three days stay, payable by credit card including expiry date or by bank transfer.

Cancellation: an unpleasant event – for everyone. It is a pity the rooms can not be occupied, even though someone else would have booked them. In case of booking cancellation until 1 month before arrival the deposit will not be refunded, but it is still valid for a stay (within 6 months). In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival or even later the deposit will not be refunded. In caso of no-show we will keep the deposit or charge 30% of the total amount form your credit card. 
In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the full rate excluding meals.

Holiday cancellation insurance:
Before leaving for a holiday many things might happen and our insurance will cover you. According to the current European regulations, in case of late arrival or no show or early departure, penalties shall be applied. An insurance policy will cover you from these possible risks (in case of illness or due to other causes provided by the insurance policy).

Beauty & messages
We suggest to book the treatments you wish in advance. You can also talk directly to our masseuse/beautician. We rely on your understanding, since the treatments booked can be cancelled one day before only. All the treatments cancelled within 12 hours before shall be paid to the extent of 80%. In case of guest delay the treatment duration will be shorter and it will be fully charged.
